Easy To Install "A-Frame" Design Stone Carrier

The stone transport Rack from MyStoneTruck is the ideal solution for transporting your stone with any popular model pick-up truck. Each stone carrier we build is quick and easy to load while also durable enough to provide years of trouble-free service. Available in a range of standard lengths and heights to fit your specific pick-up’s bed, your racking solution can be enhanced with our interior A-frame rack and options. We offer professional installation at our locations or can ship your fully assembled stone rack direct to you with installation hardware and instructions.

Mounts Inside Truck Bed; Strong T6 Aluminum Construction, Full-Length Horizontal and Vertical Rubber Stone Protection Padding, Two T6-Adjust-A-Poles Per Side, Storage Space Inside the "A", and more. Each interior rack is fabricated from strong aluminum that minimizes weight to preserve payload capacity. MyStoneTruck racks have full-length horizontal and vertical rubber stone protection padding. The most in the industry. They include adjustable poles that can be upgraded with scissor style cleats. We can also outfit your rack with E-track and cargo straps. An optional padded bottom ledge is available so counters and slabs rest on padding, not the floor. You can add one or a pair of exterior racks to maximize the amount of stone you can carry. We’re the standard the others copy. MyStoneTruck’s engineers have worked directly with stone countertop fabricators to design the most popular stone rack in the industry. We pioneered aluminum construction for higher weight capacity, full coverage padding for superior counter protection and a weld-less design for longevity and easy field service. Each component is cut to exacting standards on our CNC laser cutter. All our stone rack designs are created using a state-of-the-art 3D CAD system and made at our modern 50,000 sq foot facility in New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia.

INDUSTRY LEADING FEATURES

The Ideal Blend of Stone Rack Features

Strong, aluminum posts and slats, and a deep ledge provide a stable platform to support stone counter tops and slabs. The rack is fastened together using Huck aircraft-grade fasteners that are superior to welds for joining aluminum. A splash panel protects counter tops from road debris coming from beneath the vehicle and a tall, front stop provides high visibility while preventing stone from sliding forward. Our Poles feature cleats that can quickly slide up and down and forward and backward to secure countertops anywhere on the rack. Van racks offer a choice of two installation methods: attach to a MyStoneTruck roof rack or bolt through a channel that runs along the vehicle’s side wall. Each stone rack is supported from underneath with load-bearing underbody mounts that tie the weight of the rack and cargo into the vehicle's frame.

Designed to baby your stone countertops and other materials with soft rubber padding integrated along the full length of our custom-extruded posts and slats ensuring your stone will never touch bare rack. Our racks bottom ledge features thick rubber block pads every few inches to protect stone’s bottom edge and the front stop and wheel skirt are also padded. Securement poles feature cleats made from non-marring neoprene and the tension against your countertops can be adjusted using an easy to grip T-nut.

We pioneered supporting aluminum racks with a steel sub-frame for maximum strength and weight capacity and developed a weldless rack design using Huck aircraft-grade fasteners for consistent quality and easy field service. Truck bodies are designed using a 3D CAD system and each component is cut to exacting standards at our 50,000 sq. ft. facility using our CNC laser cutter.

Everything about our racks is designed to baby your stone counter tops. Soft rubber padding is integrated along the full length of the rack’s posts and slats, ensuring your stone will never touch metal. All our bodies have ample skirting to protect your counters from splash back and road debris. The rack’s bottom ledge features thick rubber block pads every few inches to protect stone’s bottom edge and the front bulkhead and wheel skirt are also padded. Our poles feature cleats made from non-marring neoprene and their location and tension against your counters can be adjusted using an easy to grip T-nut.
